Outstanding. This place is the only place on long island capable of replacing keys that have popped out of a laptop keyboard. Every other place I called acted confused, told me it was impossible, or suggested I replace the entire keyboard. These guys replaced my laptop keys on two separate occasions within minutes, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Great Service! Super Fast!. My computer crashed and it was old so I decided to buy a new one. They transfered all of my data to a new computer that I purchased at a great price. The weather was bad (snowing) and they even offered to drop it off. The staff was so helpful, I will suggest them to everyone I know.

Virus Problem Solved. we had downloaded the xp antivirus 2010 virus. this thing took over our computer. we called executive computer world, they picked up our computer at 3pm from st. james and had it back at our home the next day! they also installed carbonite offsite backup and showed us how to use our new christmas gifts, a new digital camera and bluray player. we have recommened out family and friends, everything has worked out great!

Stay away.... If I could give it a lower rating, I would! This place completely botched my laptop - gave away my adapter to someone else and loaded someone else's data on my machine! Staff is rude and completely inept! Machine came back worse off than when it went in! BOO TO YOU EXEC COMPUTER WORLD.
