Best Yoga Studio, ever!!!

Balance is not just my favorite yoga studio because of its phenomenal instructors, beautiful community of people or it's elegant space. What I absolutely love is how Balance has managed to keep the traditional teachings of yoga, yet their amazing instructors infuse a friendly openness and humor to this inspiring and unique practice. I think Balance Yoga is the perfect studio for ALL those interested in yoga and healing…from beginners to the most advanced. Of course, to top it off, they have an assortment of amazing holistic therapists AND a gorgeous boutique with tons of locally-made clothing, jewelry, books…etc. If I had to pick one studio to recommend to everyone on Long Island, it would be Balance Yoga and Healing Arts. Not only does it look beautiful inside, but it makes you feel beautiful inside as well!!

Like a home away from home!

Balance Yoga is a truly special studio. With such a variety of classes offered, you are bound to find the right one for you whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. I can’t say enough about the teachers. They are top notch! They are all extremely talented yoga teachers who have so much to offer their students. Their devotion to their students is evident in every class, whether it is making adjustments in postures, discussions before class, or their willingness to listen and answer questions after class. One of the things I love most about Balance is the atmosphere. The studio itself is beautiful, spacious yet comfortable. Between the physical space, the amazing teachers, and all of the students, it is hard to not feel relaxed and comfortable!

Oh, you have to see this place. Without a doubt, a most beautiful, spacious and engaging yoga center offering a full range of yoga, healing, fitness and mental balance therapies. Everything is here, yoga at all levels, massage therapy, acupuncture, even Egyptian belly dancing to sooth out and complement one's well being all the while never losing focus of your total well being. The instructors are marvelous, they have many years of experienced and are well credentialed. The owner, Stacy, ensures only the most graceful, attentive and all inspiring experience for her clients. So if you are looking for a place to call your mental healing, spiritual and fitness home, this is it.

Fantastic studio!!

After moving from Manhattan to Long island 3 years ago and being a very dedicated yogi for 12yrs and a teacher myself for a year, I had difficultly finding an authentic yoga studio. When I came to Balance I was truly impressed with the quality of teachers and the true traditions of yoga that are offered. Their teachers are experienced and inspirational. I finally found a great fit and it has been my studio choice ever since. The new studio setting is beautiful and provides a peaceful, tranquil experience.

More than your average yoga studio Balance has many health services available such as massage therapy, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, reiki, vedic chanting and so much more.
