Rip-off!!!!!! I contracted them for my wedding day, and they never showed up!!!!!! They didnt even call me on my wedding day to let me know where they were or let me know if they were late!!! I CALLED THEM!!! After my wedding day i tried to get a refund and they gave me the run around!!!!! They told me that the person i needed to speak to was on vacation and to call back. When i called back they gave me different names everytime. So i finally had to go to the news to get my money back, which i did thanks to 7 on your side. Come to find out, i wasnt the only one they ripped off, even Fox 5 news did a story on them and their bad service and put them in the "hall of shame"!! Beware of Atlantis Limo!!!

you would have to be nuts to pay Atlantis Limousines for any type of service...they will take you for a ride and rip you off... 2x on the news 2 different channels ripping off people. DONT USE THEM!!!!

The prices were ok everything else was a disater. They showed up at the grooms house no problem but didn't show up at the hotel I was getting ready at, they were at my house ( I called the night before to confirm). The girls and I started to walk to the church, it was only 3 blocks and there was the limo picking us up curbside. The driver helped my in the limo and left my flowers on the top of the limo so they fell in the middle of Merrick Rd. Good thing my bridesmaid saw them fall. When getting out of the limo my dress was shut in the door from when I got in and therefor tore my dress. I was given my flowers and walked down the asile, when leaving the church I saw that 2 stems were broken. My photographer fixed the problem with a rubberband. What pissed me off is that he tried to keep it from me so here are some proofs with broken flowers and a torn dress. I called Steve (the owner) after the honeymoon to be told we were there on time so all is fine. I then faxed him a letter stating I would file a complaint with the BBB if I didn't hear from him in 24 hours. I asked for 1/3 of my money back and the check was mailed the next week. Service was horible and the driver of the parents limo didn't even know how to get to the reception. I mean you job is to drive get directions before leaving.
