Perfection!. As a former dancer,I have been to many chiropractors, massage therapists & spa's for injuries as well as for relaxation. I have experienced all types of professionals with different trainings/methods with in NY, MD, CO and FL. After a long strange (and painful) trip, I found perfection. Messina Massage is an intimate setting that you feel comfortable in. I have full trust in their expertise. The staff listens to your indiv needs and takes time to educate you. Staff is professional, experienced, and intelligent. It's truly amazing to experience such greatness.

Amazing!. I am convinced that I have just found the diamond in the rough for massage and holistic health on Long Island... I have tried everything you could imagine to get rid of my migraine headaches from drugs to physical therapy... I believed the pain would just be a part of my life forever... That is until I was referred to messina massage and wellness by my friend... and after receiving one massage treatment called the "messina massage" which is an hour and a half massage that incorporates techniques like trigger point therapy, Reflexology, Thai, and my personal favorite deep tissue... I have not had a headache since I go every week now and also receive a $20 discount for doing so... the atmosphere is beautiful and clean... and my massage therapist Anthony is a miracle worker...
