Avoid - Worst Customer Service - Dislikes Tourists.
After 20 minutes, questioning the status of an order, it seems the counter person forgot to put everything in the oven. To my surprise two items we ordered were being placed in a microwave oven (because one of the items were finished), and the other two were forgotton. Upon questioning microwaving items in a pizzaria we requested not to purchase these MICROWAVED items and a partial refund.
Well, we were told to give Boccacini's back all the food, including the soda's we started, and we would be refunded the entire purchase price. We were also informed that we walk in with an attitude and "DON'T COME BACK NEXT SEASON"
We do not live in the Hamptons but frequentllyvisit and SPEND MONEY there!!!
The management at Boccacini's has really crossed the line here. In all the years we have gone to resturants this was the worst experience ever.
Talk about being insulted and looked down upon by a bunch of WANNA BE PIZZA GUYS
Boccacini's gives the Hamptons, resturants and human beings in general, a BAD NAME
However if you like SNOBS you may want to entertain the thought of peeking in on this establishment
We can not rate the food: WE DID NOT GET ANY
