This was one of the most amazing dinner that we have ever had. It was an amazing evening. From the earth to the last product of intracacies was amazing. There wasn't one factor wrong with any of it. Our highest possible excellent reviews to the cocinero who is, our our conditions, amazing. The Support, top excellent. love it so much.
rare650 is worth it. i liked rare650 very much. the scene is youngish and relaxed, and the food is very good. on thursday nights they have a dance area near the bar but its very small and doesnt really work. i've eaten there a few times and am happy each and every time.
A Rare Disappointment. Stopped early on a Friday evening. Ordered filet and porterhouse. Both steaks were charred. The filet was ordered medium rare. Crisp char on the outside yet with a warm red center. Apparently meat had been too cold to cook properly. Service was average. Dessert was cheesecake. The cheesecake arrived and appeared to have been slopped onto the plate. I have seen better presentations at a diner. I have to rate the quality of the meal as poor. This might have been acceptable as good diner food but for this to have been supposedly high quality it failed.
A Rare Treat. We stopped in on a Thursday night and this place had some energy! A Bustling bar scene with live music, and an upscale crowd. We ordered a couple of tasting flights from the "Rare Selections", which was a nice start. The sushi was off the charts, just like their other place, Blackstone. And the porterhouse and sides were delicious as well. Great decor, definitely feels like a city or Hamptons restaurant. Service was very attentive and the manager checked in - everything you would expect in a high-end restaurant and much more!
Great Makeover. From the twin lobster tails, to the sushi, or just the old fashioned filet mignon the food was excellent. The sommelier was great with recommending a fine wine to fit our budget. When it came to dessert we were all over the Chocolate “Wow”. Complementing the food was awesome service from the server staff as well as management throughout the evening. The ambiance of the new restaurant gives off an energetic vibe and my favorite area in particular is table 200 on the second floor overlooking the restaurant – the perfect room for a party of 8-12 people.
EXCELLENT!. I've been to Sagamore Steakhouse on several occasions: Great steaks, delicious sides, very good wine list, nice ambiance and attentive service. Definitely recommended.
Way OVERPRICED!!!!.
Please stop with the snobfoolery...
The restaurant is just so typical of the area that it is located in. SO-so food, small portions, astronomically high prices - what more could you ask for??? Forty dollars for 3 shrimp sitting on a small bed of rice - what a deal.
The Sagamore Steakhouse. The best sweet potato fries EVER! Dominick the singer who plays on wednesday and friday is exceptional, he does everything from Bon Jovi to Frank Sinatra. The ambience is classy but certainly not stuffy, fun but not tacky. Thursday nights can provide us singles with "food for thought" at the bar, both literally and figuratively. The newest manager Roman Zak makes me feel really taken care of. There are enought flat screen TV's for you to see just want you want to see they way you want to see it. After your libations you sit down to a delicious meal, between the coby mini burger flight and their special Sagamore chopped salad, I always end up bringing home leftovers from my plentiful entree, "usually the marinated skirt steak, or the white tuna flown in from Hawaii." It's a whole package! I love the Sagamore Steakhouse!
