Having searched the internet and been let down by other reseller who made promises that they could not fulfill, planetappliance is a dream to deal with. I got immediate answers to all my queries and the product was shipped that afternoon for the next day. Their prices are great and the service was the best. If you do not want to be messed around and you need to be confident that you will get your shipment on time-do not go anywhere else. Brilliant!

I've shopped with planetappliance for many years and there are several reasons why I keep on coming back. Firstly, they are always coming up with new items- everything you never knew you needed for kitchen. Secondly, the quality of what they sell is usually great. Thirdly, their customer services team is Excellent. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that eventually cares whether their customers are happy with their purchases. That's why I and so many others are repeat customers.

I couldn't rate planetappliance more highly. Their product range is huge and always very good quality. Customer service is brilliance and the staff will always go the extra mile to help. If an item does not meet your expectations, it will be exchanged or refunded without question. I wish all retailers were as good as them!

I was really impressed with the service I received from planetappliance I shop online regularly and often encounter problems with missed delivery dates, lack of communication etc and returning goods can be very stressful. Planetappliance were awesome- I had to return my purchase and they kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a full refund immediately. I wish other companies were as professional.

Planetapplaince is the best place for kitchen gadgets. This is the first time I have visited this website and found it very user-friedly and interactive. I am impressed with the pricing too. I have made online transaction before 1 day and now I also got tracking number of my order. I am so much excited for my cutlery product to come.

Prices are interestingly lower compare to other websites. I found website easy to use and convenient. Free shipping for orders more then $79 is awesome. Norpro kithchen goods quality is amazing. I would like to use them again.

Well, I read some bad review about this website only here. Otherwise, review is good in other place. I would not change my mind before if I had read this all reviews. But, I guess now they provide good customer services along with excellent price. I did not have any problem from the beginning. I appreciate all staffs for being supportive. COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I purchased a coffeemaker from planet appliance in November. It did not arrive untl the end of December despite that I payed for 5 day shipping. I returned it unopened and undamaged in December and was reassured by "Peppy" that I would see a refund on my credit card within 3 days. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. It was like pulling teeth to get them to call me back before that but once they recieved the package I returned and never refunded my money, the absolutely refused to pick up the phone or return any of the DOZENS of messages I left BEGGING for my money back. Nothing like a ridiculous rip-off company that STEALS from hardworking people trying to buy a gift for someone they love. F***ing A**sholes. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
