I signed up with Citysearch just to say how horrible Salon rain is!!!! I agree with the other reviewer, they gave me the worst haircut ever and not once!!!!! I can't even put my hair up in a pony tail as the endings are asymmetrical and it looks like I cut my own hair and not something you can get for $40! they are unprofessional and full of themselves and you always end up paying more than expected as well. I just live in the area and sometimes when everybody is booked and have to get my hair done a.s.a.p., I get fooled to think that maybe this time they'll get it right. But no more salon rain for me! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've been there probably 10 times. I received mediocre haircuts the majority of the times, 1 really good haircut, and 2 of the worst haircuts I have ever received (both done by the same girl). Literally, of all of the haircuts in my entire life, this girl gave me the worst 2. Not stylistically bad, but she misses a large percentage of the hair, accidenteally leaving it much longer than the rest, and her haircuts are completely assymetrical (left half cut to a different length than the right). Missing very basic haircutting skills. Do not recommend!
