Awesome place. I get both of my hyundais washed for free here, and the service is great. Wish I found out about this place earlier.

ADVANTAGE HYUNDAI YOU MAKE THE CALL. Advantage Hyundai you make the call

In my other posts I explained the situation with Hyundai,Basically here is the problem

Our 2007 Hyundai's engine seized because the cars engine was filled with sludge. Hyundai voided the warranty because they claim it was my wife's fault for missing oil changes.

That is true she had oil changes done outside of Hyundai but I told her without receipts it does not count.

My problem with Hyundai is according to my experience and also Mike (Hyundai's service manager) and Pete (our Hyundai's Rep) there is no way this amount of sludge could have been caused by her missing these oil changes.

My beef is that this sludge was their the first day we bought it, they failed to tell us about Hertz and more importantly, Hyundai had the car on 11/2010 and the car was running. They took the time to pull the valve covers off and take a photo but did nothing else.

No Flush

No dropping the oil pan

No additives

NOTHING

They simply told her she needs a new engine and it will cost $7,000 and they let her drive off the lot knowing that engine would seize and placed her life in harms way because she could have had an accident or got stranded in the middle of a blizzard

I went to youtube and left mini comments about How Hyundai failed to disclose that the original owner of this car was Hertz and they put on about 27,000 in less than one year and that Buyers should get a CarFax before making any purchase.

On one of these youtube videos an employee of Advantage Hyundai wrote this

We at Advantage Hyundai offer the first oil change for FREE just to stress the importance of vehicle upkeep. THIS CUSTOMER NEVER ONCE REPORTED TO OUR DEALER, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE CENTER.

When I responded you are liable for you lied and according to Hyundai's records and documented by CarFax

This car was bought with 27,000 miles on it and she came in for service on:

30,123 for a broken Water Pulley

32,848 for Inspection

33,697 For oil change

37,288 For Oil Change

41,746 for Oil change

The ad all of a sudden showed that all the comments were Removed

Unfortunately for Advantage Hyundai I have the email that YouTube sent me telling me about his comments and also the comments themselves

So you make the call who is telling the truth?
