Roto Rooter. I've used Roto Rooter before and will continue to use them. I had a problem with my sewage line which caused sewage to back up. The representative that took my call was very polite and cooperative. She made sure the right technician with the proper equipment was dispatched. They came within the time frame that I requested. The technician Josh #348 was very professional, and explained in detail exactly what was going on. He cleaned up what little mess was there and provided excellent service.…
Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12-28-11. Our hot water pipe was leaking and roto rooter sent a plumber during the time frame that worked best for us that same day. Josh #348 came to our house and did a great job - he worked fast and explained everything that was going on with the pipes and what he needed to do and why. I ordered a service call with Roto Rooter on MONDAY 12/19/2011, i Port Jefferson Sta. NY
The Service man was here within an hour.
He proceeded to tackle the problem, a stopped Kitchen Sink Drain and cleared it within an hour of arriving.
Friendly, personable Technician who appeared thorough, neat, and knowledgeable.
I would recommend these guys for a plumbing and/or clogged drain problem anytime.
