So very pleased with Roto-Rooter! When it comes to needing a polite, efficient plumber do not hesitate to call Roto rooter. They are super! Thanks to Ken from Farmingdale Roto Rooter, we're back to normal!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/28/11

We had a problem tonight with our plumbing. Whenever we used the water in any bathroom or the kitchen, the downstairs tub and sink would fill up with water. I called Roto-Rooter becasue they were the only thing I could think of. It was about 8:30 pm when I called. When I spoke to the woman on the phone I explained my problem and she told me someone would be there within an hour! I was completely shocked. I didn't expect that anyone would be able to get to us until at least the next morning.

An hour later a Roto-Rooter plumber Bill from Oyster Bay NY showed up at our door. He explained everything he was going to do. He showed us what was happening and even showed us with the camera! Bill was professional and VERY knowledgable. My husband probably asked him about 80 questions and he gladly answered all of them (some didn't even have to deal with the problem but other plumbing questions he had).

Overall the experience couldn't have been any better. I will definitely use Rot-Rooter again if I have another plumbing issue and I will DEFINITELY request Bill :)

We called the Oyster Bay Roto Rooter on June 11, 2011. The plumber, John, arrived within an hour and was very professional with us. He fixed our problem on a Saturday evening. He was thorough and efficient. Thank you!

service within an hour of calling. local plumbers don't return calls or keep you waiting days. service was professional, pollite and reasonable. problems solved. very happy

within an hour of our call, Josh was at our door. he was very professional & identified the problem quickly. no mess, no fuss, just right to the job & did it right the first time, not wasting his time or ours. josh was very informative & explained how we should maintain our system to avoid repeat problems. would not hesitate using roto-rooter for future needs.
