Joseph treated us like family. These days especially with selling cars it is hard to find that. He is looking for the relationship not the sale. We recently went back to him a second time to do business and yet again we received the same amazing service.

You can count on CarNation and Joseph to give you the best deal, but above all the royal treatment.

He took care of selling our car and all of the fuss of the paperwork. We were updated with every step along the way, making us feel informed and confident about making the right decision to go with CarNation.

If you're having any hesitation about dealing with a car dealer such as Car Nation, stop. If you think you're going to be dealing with some third rate car dealer miscreant, stop. This business, especially the owner, Joe, could not have made my life easier by taking my 2011 Mustang off my hands. He was courteous, respectful, above and beyond honest with me, forthright and most of all what I consider 'fair'. We both walked away from the deal content and more importantly he followed up with my lien holder like he said he would and took care of everything. He's been doing this for more than 25 years, and let me tell you he knows what he's doing. Not to overdo it, but it's business owners like Joe that make you walk away from a closed deal and think to yourself 'maybe America isn't going to hell in a handbasket'. Truly don't know what else to say than thanks Joe!

My wife and I were truly blessed and fortunate to have met Joe Wirtz of CarNation AUTOBUYERS. Inc. He was pleasant, on time, honest, patient and informative. We arrived to sell our vehicle to Joe for cash and we left with him volunteering to help us sell our 15 passenger van on e-bay. We were exspecting to walk in and walk out with cash but we received something more valuable. We received an EDUCATION on the car business. He walked us through each step and was very transparent. Within one week, he seucred a buyer from Iowa who was willing to pay our price. He even picked the buyer up from the airport, on a Friday night after 10 pm and drove him back to his office to meet me and complete the deal. This, by far was the best customer service I had ever seen. My wife and I are extremly grateful and could not have completed this tax without his help

Joseph Wirtz helped me in 2011 by buying a car from us. He was very understanding to our needs then and was absolutely wonderful in making the transition painless and quick. He helped me again now January 2013. I got a great deal on this great car and again he understood my needs and got me more than I thought possible with much attention to details. No fuss. No Games. I just sold my 2002 red mini "Roxy" to Joseph. I didn't really need a car in Manhattan anymore and Joseph was great in making it one of the easiest transitions ever. Seriously, it was quick and easy. He simply wrote me a check, dropped me off at the train station so I get back to Manhattan and even took care of returning my plates for no extra charge. The only hard part was waving good bye to her as we left for the station.

I was in a bind--found Joseph via a Google search and was instantly impressed with his sense of humor and professional demeanor. Joseph's customer service went way above and beyond duty. He even offered to have the vehicle towed for FREE. I decided to let the titanic sink and left the car where it was. If I need to sell a car again, I would definitely use Joseph.

After reading all the reviews of Joseph Wirtz of CarNation, they are almost impossible to believe. How can someone in the used car business be thought of so highly? I'm here to tell you that every positive word about this man and his business practices are absolutely true.

We recently inherited two Toyotas and I searched online to find out how to sell them. I found CarNation and soon met with Joseph to see if we could obtain a fair price for both and buy another vehicle with the proceeds. He took the time, a lot of time, to discuss our options and a promise that he would sell our cars for a fair price in 2 weeks or less. By the end of the second week we had our checks in hand for both cars. The old cliché "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." definitely doesn't apply here. Joseph goes above and beyond. Thanks again Joe!

Our family lost our family car during Hurricane Sandy. This was tough on us in that we knew what an ordeal lied ahead of us. For my wife and I, the car buying process has been be much like getting a root canal in that it can be painful but it is necessary. This pain has been one of the reasons why we don't lease cars. Who wants to go through that every 2 or so years when you inevitably go over your mileage allowance?

Joseph at Carnation has turned this view on its head. Its so obvious he's a family guy and knows exactly what we're going through. He treated us with utmost care in both advising on a car choice and guiding us through the finer points of completing the purchase. I will tell you this only comes from his over 30 years of experience in this business. We never doubted his advice as we always felt he had our best interests in mind. We never felt rushed or pressured. This is a rarity in this business. Try to get that from your average car dealer and you'll be reminded of how painful a root canal can be! Joseph is a true professional.

In the end, our family saved alot of money on a car that we love. No regrets here whatsoever. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Joseph is fantastic. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. I really appreciated the way he clearly explained the process and laid out the various options. I am in California and we did the whole process by phone. Joseph was very responsive and it could not have been easier. He also goes above and beyond to make sure it is a great experience for the customer. For a process such as selling a car - which can be daunting - Joseph is partner anyone should want to have.
