Hard Sell.
The facial was not a relaxing experience for me. The facialist spent much of the time trying to sell me Massage Envy's "membership package" as well as various products. She escorted me to the cashier and again pushed products (about $150 worth) on me. When I said I was not interested she asked "what's the matter? you don't want to be beautiful?"
I would never return.
