Cozzi Sports is the worst pro shop I've been to...sharpening is terrible, they ruined my skates and half of the time I had to leave them because the owner isn't there??? Shouldn't there be someone there that sharpens all the time?? Also, they are overpriced and their merchandise isn't good quality!! Save Yourself the Headache and go elsewhere!! I now go to Parkwood in Great Neck or Port Jefferson Pro Shop at Superior Rink....

This is by far the worst pro shop...the owner did a horrible job on my skates...my figure skates were ruined and my son's hockey skates were so badly done as well.....They also advetise that they close at 9 and when you get there at 8:30, they are closed!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!

Only terrible experiences in this pro shop!! Lack of manners and people skills...They didn't help my 13 year old son, whom I send to get a neck guard at the last minute!! They just watched him and when he asked for help they ignored him....he was not only late for the game but so upset that he cried for an hour!!!! it was horrible how he was treated!!
