Try to get discounted rate using HH Honours points or book early great hotel however it is very expensive!!

Don't bring a lot of bags - no bellhop service.. Gotta wheel the cart around yourself. Either that or the guys at the front desk just didn't care. Not pleased.

Always great but no tissue left in restroom but room service brought up immediately. So no complaints!
