Addition done on home. I wanted to take the opportunity to let you and your staff know how pleased we are with the new addition to our house. You hear so many nightmares about contractors and remodeling stories about how much over estimate costs turn into. We gratefully have none of those to report! We new the magnitude of the job and you were accurate with the estimate, there were no surprises except in how lovely the room turned out.

I know I told you how professional your staff is, but it bears repeating. All of your workers were responsible, thorough, neat, diligent and trustworthy. Milton is dedicated and very organized. He handled the crew and the job itself in a professional and timely manner. In spite of the fact that I had children in the house and was myself working from home never was I put upon or inconvenienced in any way.

We look forward to the possibility of doing some interior work within the next few years and will certainly call on you. We will and have recommended you to various people.

Call Back. We first called you to do our roof, which really needed to be ripped off, and a whole new roof put on. We were very happy with the results. You were very patient, so we could decide exactly what we wanted.

Because of the good work you did on our roof we called you back to do our siding. Your workers were very courteous and it was a pleasure working with them.

We are proud of our house and want to Thank you.

Irresponsible. I chose this company based on reviews and recommendation from a friend who had a roof replaced, what a mistake! I made an appointment 4 weeks in advance to have some siding installed, two skylights removed and patched, capping on all exposed trim and basement windows replaced. I took time off from work per the appointment schedule. Nobody showed up to work. After calling the office, Sergio and a helper came, measured (again) and said they had to go get the windows. Non stock, had to order, will take a week. Why they were'nt ordered initially is anybody's guess. Siding, same thing, special order, not in stock. 2 weeks later, I had most of the work completed, the siding wasn't straight, the basement window looked like it had been installed by a two year old (not straight, poorly capped), and the capping was shoddy at best. After complaing to the project co-ordinator Anthony, I was told that he would fix everything. Siding still not striaght (told it was too much work to fix) second call to PM Peter, fixed siding, re-capped, re-installed window. Job complete. Roof leaking, 5 windows with new capping leaking, invisible pet fence not working, (worker cut wire to use to secure umbrella to deck railing) broken glass left on ground from window replacement, and clean up was only done at end of project after complaint. I work as an HVAC installer, if I ever left a home looking like that, I would be read the riot act by my boss. I do not recommend this company for obvious reasons and I'm very dissappointed in the end result. I would like to post pictures to show everyone, want to see? email me and I will forward: Guzzi@optonline net
