I cried leaving the salon!!. I was going to this salon for about a year & used to get both highlights and a haircut. My hair was medium brown with golden highlights & when I asked my colorist to dye it back to my natural hair color, which she knew very well was medium brown, after the summer I ended up with jet black hair!! She left the salon without even checking up on me. When I went for a haircut right afterward, the guy who cut my hair for the first time cut it completely crooked and cut 3 inches off when I asked for a trim. They all kept reassuring me (not the colorist because she left) that this was my hair color. I never thought I would cry about something like this but I looked like a witch. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!!

Worst Haircut Ever. This is the worst salon I've ever been to. I left the salon crying and had to go somewhere else to get my hair cut again. To top it all off, customer service was horrible. The staff was rude and unwilling to help. My friend got her hair dyed and waited a while to get it blow dryed. When she finally asked if someone was going to blowdry her hair, she was told that she was supposed to make a separate appt for that and that noone was available to dry her hair.

If you've got money. I was very impressed with Maximus. The spa environment is very soothing and I loved hanging out in my comfy spa robe on the luxurious velvet couch reading a magazine waiting for my facial. Robert is the absolute best stylist in the world, his haircuts will change your life!! Maximus is a little on the expensive side, but when you look in the mirror, it'll be worth it.
