I came to Frasada for a Birthday treat with a few of my close friends. We had an amazing time! Everyone was so nice & the services were outstanding. We all had the Signature Massage & European Facial. I've never been so relaxed, we didnt want to leave! After the services we added manicures & blowouts. The staff is extremley talanted & friendly. We now plan on doing this once a month!!

I received a gift card for Mother's Day from my kids. I just had a 60 minute massage with Karen, and it was literally the best 60 minutes. She is wonderful. She listens to what you need, makes great suggestions, and has fantastic technique. I have been using the Salon for many years & I'm glad I finally tried the Spa. The receptionists Jen & Christina are so friendly & sweet; they always make my trip to Frasada special. I recommend the Salon to everyone I know & now I will definitely be recommending the Spa!

Let me start off my saying that I'm not new to the spa experience I've been in the most upscale & not so upscale spa's. I visited Frasada yesterday. This spa is wonderful from the moment you enter the salon you're greeted by friendly & professional staff. I received a hot stone massage that was pure bliss. I love the private changing areas, clean environment, & relaxing atmosphere. I love the fact that I was asked by several different staff members how my experience was. This is important to me because I'm huge on customer service. After my treatments I was given a cute spa gift bag. (thought this was a nice touch) I plan to go back later on this month. The fact that they're open on Sunday's is a treat (July & August closed on Sunday's) but what a way to start off the work week. If you passed by this salon on this site please go back & give this spa a chance I'm sure you'll have a great spa day.

Have had several treatments: facial, massage (best!) as well as salon services: Keratin, spray tanning and manicure. All were exceptional. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly reccommend!

This is one of those "you have to experience it for yourself" type of places. My mom and I decided to spend a full day and sample as much as we could possibly fit in with some downtime in between services. Booking appointments with the receptionists who are wonderful, informative, and top notch. Arrive and check-in was fabulous. I had a wonderful therapist named Marie- she is awesome. She is very nice, professional, and really cares about her clients. I got the best massage I have ever received. I like a true deep tissue massage which is difficult to get. Marie did an AMAZING job! Looking forward to going back in a few months and trying a few different services. *The only negative is that at some point, you have to leave and return to the real world!!

I have been visiting Frasada Salon and Day Spa for about 6 years. Every visit is a mini-vacation and a sincere pleasure. I have never been disappointed in the spa services or products. The products are all top notch (Decleor, mostly) and the staff is always kind, accomodating and the spa technicians are skilled and truly amazing. I have been fortunate enough to visist spas all over the world and I am so pleased and happy to have Frasada in my neighborhood. Frasada is excellent in every way, I highly recommend their Aromaplasty Facial and Deep Tissue Massage. Enjoy!

Customer Service Is Our #1 Priority. In Reponse To Bad Haircut....We are very sorry to hear that your daughters experience was not one of our typical positive experiences. I can assure you that if there was a lack of understanding between our stylist and your daughter it was not because of a LANGUAGE barrier as all of our staff has either been born in the United States, or lived here for most of their lives. We would love to invite your daughter back so that we can make her haircut something that she can smile about.

Once again, we do apologize and it is never in our practice to take advatage of any of our guests regardless of their age, gender or race.

bad haircut. my teenage daughter went in for a slight trim, she asked the stylist not to cut more then an inch or 2 at the most and not to cut it straight across like a ruler but with a slight "U" shape in the back, her hair was already long and all she had to do was cut more on the side and less in the center.how hard is that for someone who supposedly has a license to cut hair come on Frasada . my daughter is only 17 and was intimidated by the girl who didn't speak much English, she cut her whole hair at an angle shorter from left to right. it looked ridiculous . this place has really gone down the tubes, used to be good NO MORE ill never go back nor will she or any of her friends. hire people who understand English maybe that might help and don't take advantage of teenagers

Worst Airbrush Tan EVER!!!. I have been a long time custumor of Frasada Salon and have never been disappointed with any of the services I have received, which is why I am so appaled by both the service and treatment I received after scheduling my first airbrush tan with Frasada. I have had several airbrush tans before, but have never had one done at Frasada. After I met Angela, I was led to a very small and very dark room at the front of the salon. I remember feeling as if the room was too dimly lit to administer a spray tan and, after removing my clothing, I realized that there was nowhere for me to stand in order to avoid letting other clients, people walking by the salon, and even people in their cars from seeing me topless as I allowed Angela back into the room. Angela asked me if I had ever had a spray tan before. I said I had, but never at Frasada. She laid down two towels and I was instructed to stand on them. She never asked me the color I wanted to achieve. She never gave me a barrier cream for my nails or palms. She didn't apply a primer to my skin first at all and after she had finished applying the color, I had to mention to her that she had missed a very large portion on both of my legs. She then wiped off my nails with wax paper and baby oil and told me to wait until I was dry. I was never air dried by her, but told to wait in the room for an indefinite amount of time. I was never given any other instruction as far as my airbrish tan after care. While dressing, I noticed the the tan appeared very spotty on my arms, chest and face which I have never experienced before. When inquiring about my concern to both receptionists, they advised me that the color would even out after showering the following morning. After stepping into the shower the following morning, I noticed the water appeared darker than what I was used to seeing. I stepped out of the shower and, without drying myself off at all, looked in the mirror and noticed that the tan had completely washed off. The tan line from my underwear was no longer visible. I went to Frasada that afternoon in order to discuss what had happened with Angela. She insisted that I still had a tan even after I told her that I was wearing makeup to conceal the discoloration. She also asked me if had shaven or rubbed my skin and I told her I hadn't. I also told her that I was spotty when I left and she insisted that it is typical for an airbrush tan to appear that way, even though I told her that I had never experienced spottiness after ANY of the previous airbrush tans I had received. At this point she had not apologized and continually blamed me for the change. After I showed her my orange palms, and discolored wrists, she told me it must have been from a self tanner or my last spray tan. I then told her that I hadn't used a self tanner or had a spray tan in months. Instead of realizing that she was in the wrong, she told me that she didn't want to argue with me and that all she could do was offer her services again. I told her that I did not want to repeat the airbrush tan because it did not take the first time and I did not wish to appear discolored or streaked for the wedding I was in the following day. She never offered me a refund (The tan cost me $50) and was more accusatory than apologetic even after I told her how upset I was with the results and how the wedding pictures would be ruined. I ended up walking out, almost in tears, due to the fact that I could not get through to Angela. Her actions were extremely unprofessional and her airbrush skills need an excessive amount of refining. I will not be returning to the salon and I will be leaving several negative reviews.
