Amazing Florist!. They did an amazing job on the floral arrangements for my wedding! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Amazing selection & prices! Only florist I use! Would definatly reccomend!

Worst Customer Service. Wow, I can't say more than that. My husband used this company today to deliver my mother-in-law some flowers for valentines day. They did try to deliver them twice, but she was at work. After she called them to let them know that she could not receive the flowers until this evening, they gave her a hard time. Then my husband called. He had explained that a simple phone call would have cleared it up and that if they would like she is home now, and that they could make the delivery, or, he would like a refund of the charge.

At this point the Clerk cursed and screamed at him, using a good deal of profanity. And that not only would they charge him for the flowers that were not received, but that they would also be tacking on two delivery charges for the flowers not recived. I wish I was making this up. It might be the worst customer service expeirence ever. I understand that Valentines day is a stressful time for flowershops and especially this Valentines Day in NY with all the Ice. But to use profanity, screaming at a customer, that is just unacceptable, for any bussiness.

OMG do NOT use this florist.. OMG do not use this florist. I live in california, so I tried to get them to deliver flowers to mom (they are close) on valentines day. So, they call my mom and start demanding (yes demanding, rudely) that she come pick the flowers up. So I call, and basically say that either you need to credit my account or deliver the flowers. And the woman on the phone who claimed she was the owner starts cursing me out?! I'm basically floored, I mean I know valentine day is stressful if you're a florist but WOA easy killer.

So trying to be nice and I tell her that there are three things that can happen, either the flowers get delivered, she gives me a credit, or I refute the charge. And she again goes ballistic telling me that she's going to charge me for 2 delivers and calling me and arrogant (insert explitive here).

Yea. Don't use these guys. They are obviously run by an unstable lunatic.
