Not worth going back. I have recently moved from CA, and have been in a desperate search of a good Mexican restaurant. So I decided to try Meson Ole. When I first walked in, I was impressed with the atmosphere, because it looked like a traditional Mexican restaurant. Also, there were a lot of people, so that was another good sign.

We were told the wait was going to be 30 mins, so me and my husband decided to wait. But then there were groups of 3 and 4 people per group that were coming in after us and they were getting seated before us, just because bigger 4 seat tables were vacant. Personally, I think this is unfair because the seating should be based on time of arrival, not number of people in the group. I feel like we should just have said party of 4 to get a table quicker, and then say that the other 2 in our group could not make it after we were seated.

For my meal, I ordered cheese enchiladas, because I have recently become a vegetarian. I bit into my enchiladas, and I did not taste the cheese, but instead I tasted chicken! I tried to look at my enchiladas to see if they really did have chicken in them, but this was kind of hard to do due to the dim lighting. But I was right, I did get chicken enchiladas, so I told the waitress, and all she did is give a generic apology and bring me the correct dish about 15 minutes later. I think accidentally giving chicken enchiladas rather than cheese (vegetarian) enchiladas is a HUGE mistake, and luckily I am not a strict vegetarian, so I did not make a big deal about it. But I would have liked more consideration from the waitress. She should have at least given some sort of discount or a free dessert or something.

To add to all this, the prices are ridiculous! Just a small margarita pitcher (and I mean small) was 14 bucks! My husband and I walked away dissatisfied from our meal and we spent $50 bucks, which is quite steep for Mexican food if you ask me. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the salsa is terrible.

I really had my hopes up for this place because I love Mexican food, but after this experience, I will not be going back to Meson Ole again.

do not go there!. The food is so so.

And their service is not professional at all. whatever you want will take forever, even you ask them again and again. they always have some other things more important than you!

I brought friends there and made my friends so upset.

And they gave us a higher bill than what we should pay!!!

when we figure out this, there is no apology.

I will never go there, so do my friends.

Excellent Mexican Food. Everything was outstanding. Quesadilla app was the best I've ever tasted, and I've tasted plenty of contenders. If you like Mexican cuisine, do yourself the favor and stop in for a treat. Can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was.

The Margaritas are to die for. The margarita rocks! Think about gettting atleast half a pitcher. Simply one glass of this amazing stuff would make any true maragarita lover coming back for more. And if you are only going to go to this place once, the food to try would be the fajitas. The chef's fajita sauce is delicious. The sizzle, aroma, and spices make for a very enjoyable meal indeed!
