loved them!!!. I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses here and was so impressed by their staff. Everyone was so nice and really knew their stuff. I had so many questions and they had every answer and really made me feel comfortable. I went to alot of shops and they either didn't know what they were talking about or acted like they did but really didn't convince me. My dress and my girls gowns came in perfect and needed minor alterations. Don't listen to any bad reviews this place is the real deal. If you want to feel like the people handling your wedding are smart and experienced, plus super nice, this is the place to go!!…

Not so great customer service. Bought my wedding dress there and they ordered me 1 size too big. I was so frustrated and some of my bridesmaid dresses were not ordered right. I went to Rosies tailoring in Centereach and they were able to fix the dresses in time for the wedding. Thank God for Rosie! We all brought her a bottle of wine and some cookies as a thank you! Buyer be aware. If the people measuring you don't look like they know what they're doing, go somewhere else!…

HORRIBLE Experience!!!. My experience at this establishment was a nightmare. I was part of a bridal party consisting of myself and 4 other women. We all went to the shop to be measured so that the dresses could be ordered precisely. Weeks later, I received my dress in the mail as I live out of state- much to my dismay, the dress was 3 inches too small at the waist. I called Bridal Suite to ask what to do and they assured my the dress could be taken out a size- however, when I went to a local seamstress, she informed me that the dress was extremely low quality, horrible patchwork and that it was made so that the size could not be taken out more than an inch. When I called the store livid, a manager, Kathy, was extremely rude and told me it was my own fault. The store measured me incorrectly, as was informed to me by my seamstress, and that they were 100% at fault. I received no apology, no compensation, not even a bit of empathy from the manager. Kathy was so rude in fact, she hung up the phone on me. In short, I had to pay an extra $160 to have the dress altered. Every bridesmaid in our party had difficulty with their dresses and even our maid of honor who had a different style dress, had to have straps put on a strapless because they ruined her dress- as she cried in the store, the employees told her it was her own fault.

Do not shop here, especially if it involves Kathy's management.…

I would not recommend this Bridal Suite to my worst enemy an. No one should ever get treated this way. I ordered my dress and bridesmaid dresses from here and have regretted it ever since. If you would like to shop at a store where their policy is “The customer is always wrong”, then shop here.

Not one of my bridesmaids was measured correctly, they ordered the wrong dress for me and then yelled at my mother when she called to check the status of the new one, they fitted me incorrectly and the icing on the cake- they sewed my bustle completely wrong and blamed me! Apparently I have been married several times before and have a great deal of experience with bustles plus I am an experienced wedding dress seamstress (I am neither). I had to research bustles to find one done correctly to show them how to do it. I had asked them to fix my bustle and all they could say was- we generally charge for extra alterations to bustles and continued to say that I told them to sew it this way. The nerve! So I told them to undo what they did and don’t touch another thing. Charge me extra to fix their mistake!!! And don’t think that talking to the owner will get you any where, he must be the one teaching the staff to act this way. I have never met a business owner clearly never took business ethics 101. He actually agreed the bustled was wrong but did not apologize, did not offer a discount, nothing but get on board with the seamstress to ensure that it was my mistake. I, obviously, forced her at gun point to sew my dress incorrectly. WTF!…
