Worst Shop Ever!.
I had 2 unfortunate encounters with them over the past 6 years. The first time was after a front end collision and Geico recommended me to go to this shop to get my car repaired. The repair was quick, but when I picked up the car, my headlights didn't work. Turned out they didn't even hookup the electrical connectors. 2 Months later, the paint on the front bumper started to bubble. Having seen their incompetence, I did not bother going back and have them repaint it.
The second time I was rear-ended by some jackass who had Geico. So Geico admitted 100% at fault and told me to go there to get an estimate. Once I got there, they looked over my bumper and told me they will replace it (mind you, it was only minor damages with a few scratches), but get this, they will only pay half the cost of the new bumper, while I will be responsible for the other half. When asked why, I was told because there were existing scratches. I refused and reminded them that their responsibility is to get my car back to its original shape. So I don't care how they do it, if that requires just fixing the damages done by the other driver, I will be happy with that. They told me flat out that is impossible. Told me fixing it will cost them too much money. So long story short, after talking to everybody there and pretty much got nowhere, I ended up having my mechanic fix it, for about the same low-ball payment they paid me.
So as you can see, these guys work for Geico and not for you. So beware when going there.
Not all its Cracked up to be.
I was told by Geico to go to this shop. Read the only review they had online and all seemed well. The tow trucker seemed to like them as well. Well it seems I was caught in a circle of people just trying to get the money. I have been told everyday for the past week my car will be ready tomorrow. Still the car sits waiting suspension parts and assembly. How in the world would they tell me it would be ready when they havent even assembled the car?
On top of that they told my my alignment is off due to a bad Strut. A bad strut??? Since when does a bad strut have anything to do with aligning a car? I had told them it needed a new control arm because it was bent, they said no its the strut. Ok wont argue.
Still waiting on Suspension parts after trying to align the car with a new strut? Then was told the car was finished other then that. When I asked more details they stated the lights not on the fender lining is not on as well. So.... Does that count as being done? I would seriously consider your options. If you can afford a rental for this long go for it I suppose.
