Grasso's is.... ALL THAT JAZZ!. I read the reviews posted here and I thought to myself "they must've been at the wrong restaurant"!!!!!!

My reservation was honored ON TIME, with a smile-even when I had a special request for a specific table.The owner is always friendly & courteous as are all of the staff

We were greeted by a friendly waitress. Our cocktails arrived promptly, as did the menus.She was friendly,knowledgable and helpful in selecting specials, yet she was unobtrusive and let us enjoy the company of our guests. The food is TOP NOTCH, and I've never had a bad meal. They even have vegeterian and gluten free selections!

I have taken business associates, friends and family to Grasso's and always had a GREAT experience.

The thing that keeps me going back is that I can have brunch while listening to live jazz (WOW--THAT IS SPECIAL), I can pop-in for a business lunch, have a romantic dinner with my husband, or sit at the cozy bar and feel right at home listening to some amazing musicians. (I think they have live music 4 nights a week)

I recently attended a private party and the food and service were spectacular at that event also.

Grasso's has skillfully mastered the art of being a restaurant with many facets,and you'd be wise to try them all. You WILL NOT be disappointed

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER / ANYWHERE !!!!!!. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER / ANYWHERE !!!!!!

Made a reservation for 2 @ 7:30 & requested to sit in the area near the live jazz music. I was told that If I moved my time to 8:30 that would be ok. so I change it to 8:30 & figured I would sit at the bar for a few even if it wasnt exactly ready @ 8:30 just to sit where i wanted to sit. ..........& sit at the bar we did ..........nearly 1/1/2 hours ( yes 7:30 res moved to 8:30 & seated at 10:00 PM, not kidding & $70.00 later at the bar they never even bought us a drink, appologized or anything & with an attitude from the ARTIC on top of it all !!! Great, we get seated with a nasty blonde waitress with square glasses who was so gross it couldnt even be possible her job was to serve people, because she hated every minute of it & was obnoxios & didnt want to be there & made us feel like she was doing us a favor. When the food finally arrived at 10:45 PM my dinner was ICE cold & my girlfriends fish uncooked clear colored, & smelly. they appoligized, didnt charge for her dinner that was not eddible & I refused to pay for mine after taking a bite & not wanting to wait another 30 minn ( after 11:00 PM ) to eat dinner or have them fix it ............. DISCUSTING !!! Bad service, Bad NASTY Attitude, Rude waitress............& BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE !!

Horrible Place to Dine at in Cold Spring Harbor. Void Quality Customer Service and management. Below deli quality food served. It did not resemble anything concocted with true Italian flare. I ordered crab cakes with salad. My friend ordered burger. What we got served was as follows from arrival. My friend went to use the bathroom got knocked over by a rude waiter. I got seated and waited for 15 minutes before menus were given to us upon our request. Cold bread was served. The bread was only upon request. Mimosa ( more orange juice than alcohol) was delivered to my friend in such a manner that resulted in it being spilled. and not a single apology or the spill being wiped. A single crab cake was served on cold bun with recycled potato salad!!! My friend's burger arrived the same - cold bun. water drenched lettuce and recycled potato salad. No-we did not treat them harsh. We welcomed in such manner upon arrival. False advertising. Restaurant Business is Art Center. But menu title reads "GRASSO." Psuedo name for illegal activity? DO NOT DINE AT THIS PLACE EVER!
