Cotten consistently exceeds my expectations. I've been dealing with this agency for 3 1/2 years. I enjoy the service they provide and their rates are quite competitive. By the way, this is my first review, but hope to do more!
They were open when I needed them. I bought a car on Saturday and called my agent - who was closed. My wife suggested that we call Cotten, since they insure my house and business. They were open, and within 20 minutes they faxed the ID card to the dealer and I got my car. They were professional and helpful.…
It wasn't the price that got me, it was their service. I heard of them from my sister in law. I am at that point in life where I what good coverage and service at a reasonable price. It does not have to be the cheapest because I learned that you get what you pay for. I switched my auto, home, umbrella and business policies to them in order to consolidate with one place. They were very professional and pleasant and their price was excellent.…
I'm glad I found them. I own a potato chip route and was referred to Cotten Coverage by a buddy for workers compensation. They had a great rate and got me a policy effortlessly. While I was there, they asked me about my other insurance and I told them that I would think about it. A couple of days later, I went to my other agent who insures my cars. He actually yelled at me when I asked him for my insurance cards and told me that I was bothering him! I called up Cotten and they now handle all of my insurance and I saved money.…
The absolute worst!!!.
The absolute worst! Completely unprofessional, most expensive, and downright duplicitous thieves! Canceled our insurance with them when we found we were
underinsured and got a quote from someone else. We increased our homeowners by over $100,000 and still saved $800.00 with the new company. That was three
months into our policy year. We have spent almost 5 months now trying to get back our refund, which should be around $1600.00. It's one story after another. They don't plan on doing anything about either. Get this, they said, "you're no longer our customer"! No kidding!
Finally had to report them to the NYS insurance Department and Department of Consumer affairs. Do yourself a favor, stay away from them.…
