Worst Bowling on Long Island. Without a doubt the worst bowling experience on LI. Very expensive, terrible waiter/waitress service and so loud you can't hear yourself think. It was great place. Now its the pits. Avoid! Avoid!

WOW! What a great place!. Are you kidding me? A Bowling Alley for BIG KIDS! Yeah! This is a hot spot. If you are looking to have a great time without a bunch of children in a sport you use to do as a kind this is it1 What a concept. I love 300! try it for a first date. Great location AND concept. Full bar, full menu and pool too.

Fantastic Party on December 5th!. I went to the 300 Long Island and the Long Island party Pulse held ( a Big Lebowski Winter Holiday Party )on December 5th, and had a blast!!!!!!!!!! There was bowling, White Russians, Sarsaparilla Root Beer, and lots of prizes . You should really check this place out.... party or not, it's a fantastic place!
