sales rep made promises they didn't keep . carpet not delivered till weeks after agreed (only a stairway runner ) . cust reps had a terrible attitude . no callbacks . I had to call every couple of days /even go to the headquarters in Levittown to not avail . needless to say I made a huge mistake I will never make again . phone reps obviously had little to no customer service training .

carpet depot. worst company measures wrong tries to jack up price twice as much as home depot salesman have bad attitude cursed me out when i showed home depot ad same carpet twice as much
