Response to wallet first, pet last. This is Dr. Horowitz responding to clarify this individuals comments. We are a full service facility and we provide extremely high quality care for our clients pets. We do have a color flow doppler ultrasound/Echo, in house blood machines, digital radiogaraphy, the most sophisticated available anesthetic monitoring devices, licensed techs...

Unfortunately, veterinary medicine and quality care does come with a cost. We do provide written estimates for all hospitalized animals and surgeries. We discuss all potential options and if a case is extremely complicated, we will refer to a board certified specialty practice in the best interest for the pet's sake and care, not for the "almighty dollar."

Wallet First Pet Last. Owner has a habit of putting the almighty dollar above really caring for your pet. Bottom line, do not inform the customer ahead of time that the bill will be super high, and what alternatives you may have. Supposed to be "full service clinic", but .. limited diagnosis without sonogram. Paid hundreds of dollars, then they told me to go to the vet hospital to get a diagnosis for my dog.Ned, the owner, should be ashamed. This is my opinion based on my bad experience.
