Sound Beach Music - Exceptional. Sound Beach Music located in Miller Place, NY, has been a musical oasis for our children and family over the years. Our experience with Sound Beach Music has included, but is not limited to the repairing of instrument(s), even after they were allegedly repaired by a lesser organization; reed replacement(s-) sometimes last minute concert opening curtain to an oboe, tenor sax and soprano sax musician; music ordering for NYSSMA and beyond; and the personal service unmatched, especially after putting up with frustratted parents finding themselves in the mist of remedying all the above. expert, caring professionals & repairs. It's not often that one is lucky enough to walk into unfamiliar territory, and somehow be made to feel

comfortable. Having in tow a most special guitar from my deceased brother of 30 years, in addition to not knowing anything about it, I was given not only time and patience, but expert advise from a caring, professional sales associate. No question was left unanswered, nor was any concern viewed as foolish. I feel fortunate that John Connor was available to work with me, and as a result feel compelled to give Sound Beach Music the highest of ratings. Thank you for an exceptional job!!!!

optimum concern for the customer's needs - gonna love this place. I stepped into this neat and well-stocked music store with friendly personnel yesterday (09-06-07) to discover a very state of the art music school and fine retail outlet on the north shore of Long Island, NY. Steve and Sally are obviously "on the ball" to serve students, teachers and professionals from all walks of the music business.
