good hair day. I have bad hair- thin, no body, gets oily fast...bad hair. Debbie always does my hair and consistently does a good job. So good that after my last cut- people at work were asking me where I get my hair done- complimenting the color and cut. No one has EVER complimented me on my hair. I have never felt GOOD about my hair until now. Thank you Debbie for the "good" hair day...finally.

very unhappy. Although nice and friendly, my hair stylist neglected to ask me what I wanted done before attempting to wash my hair. I stopped her and made sure she knew what I wanted; a simple trim. I liked the cut I had previously and I just wanted it cleaned up. After cutting my bangs wet, which even I know is risky, she dried my hair and turned me around to see a completely different set of bangs! A full inch shorter than when I walked in and totally horizontal, instead of side swept and parted on the side as they had been before. She tried to cover herself by giving me "her professional opinion" that this shape was better for my face. Not only do I totally disagree (as do my friends and family), but I did not come in there to have her change my hair style according to her "professional opinion" without even discussing it with me first! There was a total disregard for what I asked for, and she simply did what she knew how to do. I now walk around with pinned-up bangs waiting for them to grow out.
