Loved it!. Dune Point is no longer owned by the Ice Palace. It has brand new owners that are genuinely interested in their guests. We had an oceanfront room that was recently renovated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is just a few steps from the ocean and our room had a semi-private deck overlooking the ocean. I would definitely recommend Dune Point.
