Great New Chef. Recently eaten here several times on a Sunday . Well we were pleasantly surprised!! Apparently there is a new chef who really has some skill. The specials were great and reasonably priced. The chef out did himself and we sent compliments to him. Chef Jesse came out to thank us and was happy to hear we would be back. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!!!

Heard there is new ownership. I heard through the grape vine that Truffles is under new ownership or is under contract. I live in the area and we need a nice place, possibly with some music on the weekends. If this rumor is true best of luck to the place, and we will be in soon.

Real Food ! Excellent Value!. The food is prepared to order, by a formally trained chef. Yes, Chef Bari is back! I have dined here for ten years and always enjoyed my meals but then there's that something extra special when you just know Chef Bari has prepared your dish. Wading River has a few wonderful high end restaurants with high end prices.

Truffels has quality real food at beyond reasonable prices

Its great again. I cant beleive the last review..some people are never happyand push things out of proportion.. We have been going there a lot with my church group. We went there a while ago then food took a drop, and now it seems they have talent in the kitchen. We were a group of 26 and had the best time. I had the steak and Wife had the flounder. The owner think name is Camil said she has new chefs, and just a generaly warm lady. I loved everything, the waitress was nice , but with it being her 2nd week there she said ,I think she will get better as she learns.

Bad food!. Bad food, ignorant staff, hair in food, waitress fingers in food, meal terrible. Manager rude when complained about bowl of water that was to be pasta in sauce. Skip this place and go elswehere-save yourself the money as they'lly blame you, the waitress the blue moon rather than apologize for bad food. And t hey'll stick you with the bill for hairy, neaten food. Call the the health dept.
