What a Great Experience! so friendly so attentive so caring Patty was so very nice I cant imagine how anyone would say anything other than this. She was limping around coming off surgery and we felt so bad that she was hobbling around to get us flowers ribbons colors. she just wouldnt stop trying to help us. So pleasing a person. groom wanted to take her home imagine that? the wedding was so beautiful there flowers so bright and perky gave us so much more than we paid for. gifts here gifts there. Cresthollow recommends them cause the other flower shops have many problems. when we were there first time we witnessed a problem other flower company was missing stuff bride ordered and she was upset. so they explained that jackrose is so near and caterers to them at cresthollow. Above all we were blown away by the gorgeaous presentation, and the hospitality that seemed never ending. Actually i am more of a shy reserved type, and i appreciated the one on one help that Patty gave me,

AMAZING continue to do what you are doing

wonderful wonderful people. my goodness, so caring, and genuine(hard to find real people today). They worked hand in hand with our banquet manager that was huge for fiance.

they offered many service meetings which shocked me. after all they are just flowers right? but they made me feel right and made many suggestions and offered many discounts. I dont know why someone complained about their contract seems like a sneaky person maybe its another florist cause there papers are only about the order you place, and they go over every part of it which to me shows they care. the flowers were so very fresh and lasted over 2 weeks my guests called about my wedding but most all called to say the flowers were incredible.

I only used Jack and Rose since my banquet manager at Crest Hollow Country Club recommended them for me. Upon the first meeting at Jack and Rose, Jack was very rude to both me and my mother.

We dealt with Patty for all my flowers, and she constantly talked down to us. At one point she left us in their dingy, dark, outdated, poor excuse of a showroom while she typed up our "contract." Fourty five minutes pass, and we go look at what was going on in their office. She was sitting their eating her lunch and just chatting with someone on the phone while she left us just sitting there!!

She finally gave us the contract, so many things were in all CAPS, or highlighted yellow. Every other sentence had "I understand that.."

She hovered over me while she told me to put my initials at every little detail in the contract and to also add a sentence of why I like using them, which I did not.

At the next design session, where I was to pick out flowers based on fresh ones, all she had to show me was a purple rose (which looked more like pink) an ugly white filler flower, and a white hydrangea. I asked her if there are any other flowers to look at, and she just gave me a blank look. So, I was forced to make do with what little selection they could provide.

After researching flowers online, I saw that hydrangea came in purple, which was not told to me during the meeting. I called Patty and she told me that they cannot order them in purple, but can spray paint them purple.

So many things went wrong with them that by the time it got to the day of my wedding I was nervous of the final product. That day gave me the most stress. Patty specifically told me that the $400 in delivery (which Jack and Rose was around the corner from Crest Hollow) was because she would be there all day to set up and fix anything if it went wrong. I NEVER saw anyone from Jack and Rose once during my wedding! My all white rose bouquet was wilting, some were turning brown, and then all of the petals started coming off. Jack & Rose needed to be called at their office to find them to replace my bouquet. I then had to take the rest of my pictures without my bouquet.

Lastly, the contract stated I was to receive glass dishes for the centerpieces. They LIED- they were cheap dark green plastic dishes, which ruined the look of them. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

A JEWEL OF A FLORIST!. GLAD SWAN CLUB told us to go here.

They are so nice. Very efficient too. They have many people to help you and guide you thru the decisions of color flowers designs. We were lost until we met with Patty. She is so nice and brought me into this large room with so many modern new ideas. I was wowed i guess you can say. They explain everything up front. I loved their agreement order form because it is so simple 1 page and it explains everything. They also took the time to read it to us. I liked that so we could see what the entire cost would be because we were paying for all of the flowers ourselves with no help from parants so it was all on us and JackRose helped us alot! They deliver early there was alot of time. We were so happy!

CRESTHOLLOW BEST FLORIST. I and Brad were married 3 weeks ago. The flowers were Incredible. Better than wew ever expected!

I am told I am a picky girl. My friends tell me to get real, but Jack&Rose went so far over my expectations that i was ready to cry. They gave me everything I wanted and so much more. The flowers were so fresh, so beautiful, from the bouquets to the corsages to the cake to the centerpieces. so so beautiful.

Guests were fighting to take them all home.

They were so easy to work with. They give you plenty of appt times, so flexable, and so nice. there team was always ready to help us. Day of was great too. They came so early, they beat the photographer by an hour or more. He was surprised too. reception was set up before we got to the venue.

what a great experience. Why waste time specualating to go elsewhere where here your dreams can come reality as they did for us. We will be forever grateful!

WONDERFUL FLORIST; WONDERFUL PEOPLE; WONDERFUL FLOWERS. SINCE THE FIRST PHONE CALL IT WAS SO RIGHT! FIANCE AND I ARE BOTH ATTORNEYS. WE WORK A HARD LONG SCHEDULE. JACK AND ROSE WAS SO ACCOMAODATING ALWAYS. THEY MADE THEIR TIME AVAILABLE OVER AND BEYOND THEIR NORMAL HOURS OF BUSINESS. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS HUGE. THEY HAVE A HUGE BUILDING ALL RELATED TO WEDDINGS. THEY HAVE A PRIVATE SHOWROOM WHICH HAS SO MANY DESIGNS OF THINGS. THEY SCHEDULE PRIVATE MEETINGS WITH US AND OBLIGED OUR CRAZY SCHEDULE . WE ARE SO PLEASED, AND MOST OF ALL EVERYONE KEPT TALKING ABOUT THE FLOWERS, AND REALLY NOTHING ELSE. YES EVERY VENDOR WAS GOOD, BUT JACK ROSE WAS OVER WHELMINGLY FANTASTIC. I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING AT ALL, EVEN IF I CONCENTRATED ON ON THIS THAT WOULDN'T BE RATED AS EXCELLENT. THEIR TEAM WAS SO NICE THEIR IDEAS KEPT COMING, AND FLOWEERS SO FRESH. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WHEN FIANCE AND I WERE SO STRESSED, THEY GAVE US CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN OTHER VENDORS DIDNT. THEY DELIVERED EVERYTHING WE PURCHASED AND GAVE US MANY MORE FINISHING TOUCHES THAT EVEN IMPRESSED THOMAS AND ALL DELIVERIES CAME SO EARLY. AT MY HOUSE THEY WERE OVER AN HOUR EARLY AND AT VENUE THEY CAME AN HOUR AND A HALF EARLY AND WERE FINISHED DECORATING BEFORE THE COCKTAIL HOUR EVEN STARTED. GREAT JOB!

JACK AND ROSE, THE BEST!!!. Hello ladies, my name is Lisa and I am the happiest newlywed in the world.

My wedding was such a spectacular event, thanks to "Jack and Rose Florists".

My flowers were oh so beautiful, just like Patty promised...(she is so

talented).

I will be forever grateful to both Jack and Patty for their patience,

professionalism and

the perfect arrangements they made.

Patty walked me through the selection process and contract signing with such a

kind and patient attitude...(I was so nervous).

Jack was nothing but a complete gentleman to my husband and I, explaining to us

both that it was natural to be very nervous when preparing for the big day.

At the end of the reception, everyone wanted to know who made the flowers.

Ladies...go see Jack and Patty, at Jack and Rose Florists...

they are simply THE BEST!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS FLORIST. When I had my wedding in April, we booked Jack & Rose. They were terrible. The flowers were late getting to the house so we were late to the wedding. When the flowers arrived, they looked droopy and dead. The photographer didn't want us to use the bouquets in the pictures they were so bad. Jack & Rose was also late putting flowers on the tables at the venues. The maitre d had to call them. When they did arrive, the centerpieces looked so awful I almost cried. I had to "sign off" on the flowers and the representative from the florist had the audacity to ask me to write something wonderful about them next to my signature. No one wanted to take the flowers home from the wedding. The Wednesday following the wedding we called to let them know how disappointed we were. Patty said she was sorry we felt that way and hung up. I honestly don't know at this point what is worse- the fact that the flowers were terrible or the fact that they didn't care. Don't book them.

BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!!!. We had a great experience here They gave us so much time and attention to every detail. So polite and caring. A very good experience. Other places we shopped were like an assembly line, we felt as though we were a number, and weren't as helpful; But here Fiance' and I went here and found them to be very experienced and knowledgeable about fulfilling our needs. They do show you all the flowers that you will be getting up front. There are no surprises. They explain everything to you. They gave us many ideas, and worked with our budget. The flowers were so fresh and lasted thru the church and reception lasted all night

Buyer Beware! You Have Choices!. Jack and Rose were recommended by Swan Club. Perhaps they would have been more accommodating for a larger budget, but I was worn down by the time I dealt with Jack and his asst, Patty. Sorry I caved. They didn't provide the color I wanted (and sent pictures of), left petals for the caterer to have strewn (which never made it to the tables) and were unavailable once they had money in hand. Jack was rude when doing the contract (I should've walked then!) and then tried to regroup and smile. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I had wanted specific things spelled out on the contract, and he balked that "we are a multi-million dollar company and don't rip people off!" Wish I'd read some of the other reviews before. There are so many florists out there, and this is the one area I feel I truly made a mistake with in my beautiful wedding--the florist! Choose wisely with someone who leaves you with a good feeling. Do NOT be backed into a corner. Leave and think about your treatment at the shop and whether you were pushed into signing right then and there for a "deal"! You can always go back, OR NOT. Smaller, more intimate shops may offer more personalized service.
