Rude people, terrible service!. Great location, extremely rude service! With this level of customer service this place will never last in this area.

Their receptionist/reservation people talk to you as if they are doing you a favor, their computer system sends multiple confirmations with diferent times on it and when/if you bring it up they respond in an extremely defensive and unprofessional manner.

The services are mediocre at best, with one notable exception, but definitely not worth dealing with the lack of customer service and manners.

Definitely taking my business elsewhere!

Love this place!!!. Just had my hair done at Estilo Salon. Cut and color. I almost got in an accident on the way home looking at myself in the rearview mirror. Honestly, I couldn't believe how good my hair looked. And when I went in I had no idea what i wanted to do. They suggested everything. So happy. Never write these reviews but this time I had to.

My New Favorite Salon. Love my new hair colorist & color. Brought my daughter along for the trip. She tryed out a new stylist, loved her blowout. This is a must try salon.

Best Salon Experience. Went to Estilo to try out a new colorist, absolutly loved my color! Im definatly going back to try out a new stylist. I think this salon is going to be my new place. Thank you everyone at estilo salon!

BAD ATMOSPHERE SALON. Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Attitude and Rudeness is more common in Estilo than good haircuts.

Want the look this is the place to go!!!. So bored and feeling frumpy and needed a new look. Hearing of Estilo Salon several times I decided to take the leap and go in for a new look. After being greeted by the receptionist she introduced me my stylist, we had a detailed consultation and had no doubts I was in good hands. The staff was attentive and catered to my every need. The salon was beautiful, and the atmosphere was like my home away from home. Most of all my haircut is AMAZING!!!! I would have no qualms reccomending Estilo Salon as the place to !!!!

Stay away!!. If you want to get rid of your healthy hair this is the place to go. The stylists have no training in some of the modern techniques yet claim to be experts. They go to school on your hair! The prices are through the roof.. and the customer service is waaayyy below anything you've ever seen. Both the stylists and the managers are rude. My hair was completely ruined by Japanese straightening and neither are they giving my money back nor are they fixing it. I am really frustrated by how unfairly I am being treated..
