Horrible!!! Do Not Use!!!. I definitely would steer clear of this taxi service. I went from the hicksville train station to the bethpage train station, which is 10 minutes AT MOST. They charged $20 for the ride and when question about why it was so much money they got very rude. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a taxi driver. I am surprised they are still able to operate with such horrible tactics.

DO NOT USED SUNSET TAXI SERVICE.... do not used this cab service they hv the worst drivers..they r very rude n unprofessional even the dispatcher...one of the driver of this cab service whos name is VINNY MONTANRO verbaly abuse me by calling me a f**king b**ch n he was driving @ 40mls in a cross street after he n i had a few words exchange where he stop unexpectedly i hurt my back by falling bck in his cab he then get out of the cab open the door i told me to get the f*%k out n throw my chang @ me i then call the cops who then told me 2 report him to the dispatcher when i call the dispatcher he then told me he too busy to listen to what i had to say im like r kidding me....smh...SUNSET TAXI IS THE WORST EVER HOW THEY STILL IN BUSSINESS I REALLY DNT KNW...

DO NOT EVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!!!!!. Never , ever use this cab company...rude, nasty, and incompetent. Always late and they overcharge terribly. I have no idea how they stay in business...THE WORST!

Are these guys serious?. So I need a cab to the airport and call the night before. They take my info and say it won't be a problem. The next morning, the cab is 10 minutes late, so I call only to have the person on the other end tell me I never made a reservation. When I told them I did, the person on the phone called me an f$@king moron and hung up. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and will never put a dime into their company as long as I live. On the brighter side of things, I called Long Island Yellow Cab and explained the situation, and they told me they would have a cab there in 5 minutes, which they did. The driver was extremely pleasant and I look forward to using them in the future. If u need a cab, call 516-931-1111. DO NOT USE SUNSET!!!!

worst customer service. I have never been treated so rudely by a dispatcher or cab driver ever. Even the cab drivers in NYC have a better disposition. This dispatcher was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had called for a cab, called back 40 minutes later and said in a more demeaning manor "you were on your phone the whole time and he couldnt get through, waited 15 minutes and left." That was the nicest way to repeat what he said. I wouldn't use this company if i ever stranded in the middle of nowhere.
