Dystopia. This place was a good head shop maybe 10 years ago. I've been a loyal customer for the last ten years; I've sent every one of my heady friends there. I've built relationships with the older staff members. They used to have friendly prices. Utopia used to be a place that understood it's customers. Now, many items are without price (so they can throw high numbers at you during purchase time), the staff... is a joke. They've kept two or three original staff members that knew the products sold, especially the glass. But the guys they have working there now are complete assh*les and show no respect for your time or money. I will never go back there again. I will now begin demoting this once fairly run head shop among their biggest customers. If you're looking for people that know their stuff and want to help you find what you need, check out Gotham Head Shop in Huntington or head into the city. Even try to find your local shop. Again, Utopia has become the FAO Shwartz of headshops, overpriced and completely rude. I am so disappointed in watching a nostalgic place from my life turn to a typical nonpersonal sh*t hole.
