Totally unprofessional. We just moved from Manhattan to Long island a few months ago.. We contacted this company to move our large furniture items only. After promising us professional movers, they sent three slackers that could barely lift anything let alone furniture. One "mover" actually had a plastic fork in his mouth the whole time. They scratched every single piece of furniture we own. They didn't wrap up our dining room table and made three large scratches across the top. They didn't wrap our dining room chairs. When confronted about this they said, "It would have taken too long to wrap each chair" and "we rested them on cushions". They also put scrapes all over our walls. They didn't put the furniture where we wanted it. They lost the tabs that our glass coffee table rested on. This was the worst service of my life. Avoid this company like the plague.
