Rude...from start to finish. I can understand having a bad day and not being friendly, but this takes the cake. The woman who answers the phone and greets diners is just a plain and nasty individual. I made a reservation for an important client...the woman barely took the time to let me finish telling her the name to put the reservation under. She was short and not so sweet. My client then showed up for the reservation and she told them "they were bumped" because they didn't confirm. Well, had she not been so short on the phone, maybe she could have remembered to tell me about their "strict confirmation policy." Long story short, she got into a screaming match with them. Then I called to try to "fix it" and before I could say anything, she was screaming at me! I say fire this lady....I hope it's not the owner's wife .... divorce the crabapple then!

Delicious food, great atmosphere, owners are wonderful. Mirko's was reccomended to us by a few different people and when we looked it up on Citysearch we were suprised to see an average rating and no user reviews. We decided to try it anyways.

The atmosphere was beautiful. We arrived early and the owner sat us outside and served drinks to us. Once seated, the wait staff was excellent. The food was divine!

The only downside was the wine list - a little pricey. They could add some more affordable reds.
